Oral presentation guidelines
- Oral sessions are live sessions of 60 minutes moderated by a chair person. The oral presentations are 15 minutes, which may not be exceeded
- The oral presentation will be on 5 -6 February 2026. Details of full presentation program schedule will be updated on conference website as soon as possible.
Your slides:
- Your slides are needed by (TBA) in order to create a full oral session.
- Presenters will have 15 minutes for their presentation (12 minutes for presentation, 3 minutes discussion).
- Please come to your assigned session room 10 minutes in advance to fine-tune the session with the session chairs and other presenters.
- Every room is equipped with a laptop, projector and screen. A microphone for the speaker and a second microphone are also available.
- Technical assistance will be available in each room.
- Session chairs will introduce each presenter.
- Session chairs will advise you, when you have 3 and 1 minute remaining.
- Please be respectful of your fellow presenters and their allocated time by staying within the time allowed and complying with the session chairs if they ask you to wrap up.
