21 กุมภาพันธ์ 2568: ศาสตราจารย์พิเศษ ดร.สุรเกียรติ์ เสถียรไทย นายกสภามหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ พร้อมด้วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.นายแพทย์พงษ์รักษ์ ศรีบัณฑิตมงคล อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ และคณะผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ เข้าเยี่ยมชม โรงงานต้นแบบคณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร ในส่วนของเทคโนโลยีการแปรรูปอาหารและนวัตกรรมด้านอุตสาหกรรมเกษตรต่างๆ

ในการเยี่ยมชมครั้งนี้ รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ยุทธนา พิมลศิริผล คณบดีคณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร พร้อมด้วยทีมผู้บริหารคณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร ได้นำเสนอข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับศักยภาพของโรงงานต้นแบบ ซึ่งเป็นศูนย์กลางการเรียนการสอน การศึกษาดูงาน และการวิจัยพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีการผลิตอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม พร้อมทั้งให้การสนับสนุนภาคอุตสาหกรรมและเกษตรกรท้องถิ่นในการเพิ่มมูลค่าผลิตภัณฑ์และยกระดับคุณภาพมาตรฐานสู่ระดับสากล

February 21, 2025 – Professor Emeritus Dr. Surakiart Sathirathai, President of the Chiang Mai University Council, together with Professor Dr. M.D. Pongruk Sribanditmongkol, President of Chiang Mai University, and the university's executive team, visited the Pilot Plant at the Faculty of Agro-Industry to explore advancements in food processing technology and agro-industrial innovations.

During the visit, Associate Professor Dr. Yuthana Phimolsiripol, Dean of the Faculty of Agro-Industry, along with the faculty's executive team, presented an overview of the Pilot Plant’s capabilities. The facility serves as a hub for education, training, and research and development in food and beverage production technologies. Additionally, it supports the agro-industry sector and local farmers in enhancing product value and elevating quality standards to meet international benchmarks.
