The Science Laboratory Group organized the “Work Process Improvement and Knowledge Management (KM) Exchange Program for Scientists, Session 1, Fiscal Year 2026.”
 

The program featured the topic: “Techniques for Developing Standard Operating Manuals from Routine Work for Scientists.”
Its objective was to develop and enhance scientists’ skills in systematically preparing standard operating manuals from routine work. It also aimed to further extend these skills into their areas of responsibility by applying the manuals as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and improving work processes (Process Improvement) to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness.

The program was held on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, at Meeting Room 4, Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University.

The session was honored by Dr. Jarongsak Phumnuan, Expert Scientist from the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, who served as the guest speaker.
