On April 20, 2026, the Faculty of Agro-Industry organized an Orientation Program for New Staff Members.
The session was led by Ms. Piyanuch Sawasdee, Secretary of the Faculty, the Human Resources unit, who warmly welcomed the participants and provided an overview of the Faculty to help new staff gain a deeper understanding of various aspects of the organization.
The program covered a wide range of topics, including the Faculty’s policies, vision, mission, quality policy, performance plans in accordance with key indicators, as well as management practices in areas such as human resources, general administration, employee rights and welfare, finance, budgeting and procurement, information technology, and audiovisual services.
In addition, the orientation introduced the University Employee Code of Ethics, the Faculty’s environmental and community responsibility policy, anti-corruption and fraud prevention guidelines, code of conduct and ethics of both the Faculty of Agro-Industry and Chiang Mai University, workplace Dos and Don’ts, the No Gift Policy, and relevant regulations and work procedures that staff members should be aware of for their own benefit and to enhance their work efficiency.
The session was attended by new staff members at Meeting Room 2.
