The petty patent application was filed on April 5, 2023, under the names of Chiang Mai University in collaboration with Agricultural Research Development Agency (Public Organization) (ARDA).
This research achievement represents another milestone in food innovation and fermentation technology development. The invention demonstrates the potential for utilizing coffee cherries to create value-added agricultural products while supporting sustainable development in the food and agro-industry sectors.
