📢 Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University, Samut Sakhon

On Friday, June 12, 2026, the Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University, Samut Sakhon Campus, carried out the project titled “Waste Disposal and Management for Scientific Waste Preparedness for Fiscal Year 2026.” The objective of this project was to enhance the management of laboratory waste in accordance with academic principles, safety standards, and environmental regulations.

♻️ Project activities included:
✅ Surveying and classifying scientific waste by category
✅ Proper collection and storage of hazardous waste
✅ Preparing readiness for waste disposal by licensed agencies
✅ Promoting knowledge and awareness of safety in waste management among personnel and operators

🌱 The Faculty of Agro-Industry is committed to continuously improving its scientific waste management system in order to create a safe, environmentally friendly laboratory environment and to support sustainable development practices.
