The Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University, organized the Parent Meeting and New Student Orientation for the 2026 Academic Year on 16 June 2026, welcoming more than 700 parents and new students. The event aimed to prepare students for university life and foster mutual understanding and collaboration among the faculty, parents, and students.

On this occasion, Assoc. Prof. Yuthana Phimolsiripol, Ph.D.Dean of the Faculty of Agro-Industry, together with the faculty’s administrators, academic staff, and personnel, warmly welcomed the participants. The program provided essential information on academic programs, student life at the university, student support services, and various opportunities designed to enhance students’ personal and professional development throughout their studies.

In addition, new students participated in orientation activities to become familiar with the faculty, lecturers, staff members, and classmates. The event marked the beginning of their journey as members of the AGRO CMU family and their transition into university life at Chiang Mai University.

This event reflects the Faculty of Agro-Industry’s commitment to providing holistic support and development opportunities for students, with the goal of producing high-quality graduates who are well-prepared to contribute to society and the nation's future development.
