Objectives
To produce graduates, master’s degree holders, and doctoral graduates in agro-industry who possess knowledge, discipline, integrity, moral values, and leadership qualities.
To effectively manage research in agro-industry to ensure quality outcomes that can be utilized for enhancing teaching and learning, advancing the food processing industry, and strengthening the Faculty’s research-oriented focus.
To utilize human resources and academic expertise in providing academic services in agro-industry to improve people’s quality of life and promote local, regional (Northern Thailand), and national economic and social development.
To establish a modern, flexible, transparent, and accountable administrative system with clear operational plans, transparent performance evaluations at all levels, and the effective use of information technology in management.
To collaborate with public and private sectors, both domestically and internationally, in education, research, and academic services, while strengthening alumni relations and encouraging alumni engagement in the Faculty’s development.
To develop personnel at all levels by enhancing their knowledge, competencies, and skills to support the Faculty’s mission, as well as to promote morale and motivation among staff members.
