ให้การต้อนรับอาคันตุกะจาก Department of Food Sciences and Technology, University of National Resources and Life Science, Vienna (BOKU)
เมื่อวันที่ 30 ตุลาคม 2567 รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ยุทธนา พิมลศิริผล คณบดีคณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร พร้อมด้วยผู้บริหารและคณาจารย์ ให้การต้อนรับอาคันตุกะ Assoc. Prof. Dr.Regine Schönlechner and Dr.Denisse Bender ผู้เชี่ยวชาญจาก Department of Food Sciences and Technology, University of National Resources and Life Science (BOKU) กรุงเวียนนา สาธารณรัฐออสเตรีย
การเยือนในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อหารือความร่วมมือทางวิชาการด้านการวิจัยร่วมกันระหว่างทั้งสองสถาบัน หลังจากนั้นได้เยี่ยมชมคณะ รวมถึงห้องปฏิบัติการต่างๆ และ ศูนย์นวัตกรรมอาหารและบรรจุภัณฑ์ (FIN) คณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร
นอกจากนี้ยังมีการบรรยายพิเศษ ในหัวข้อ “Gluten-free products with special attention to ohmic baking" โดยได้รับความสนใจจากนักศึกษาและคณาจารย์เป็นอย่างมาก การบรรยายดังกล่าวจัดขึ้น ณ ห้องประชุม 3 อาคารสำนักงานคณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่  

Welcoming Lecturers from Department of Food Sciences and Technology, University of National Resources and Life Science, Vienna (BOKU)
On October 30, 2024, Associate Professor Dr.Yuthana Phimolsiripol, Dean of the Faculty of Agro-Industry together with the executives and faculty members, warmly welcomed Assoc. Prof. Dr. Regine Schönlechner and Dr.Denisse Bender from Institute of Food Technology, Department of Food Sciences and Technology, University of National Resources and Life Science, Vienna (BOKU).
The visit focused on discussing potential collaborations in academic and research initiatives between the institutions. After the discussions, the delegates toured the faculty's facilities, including laboratories and the Food Innovation and Packaging Center (FIN).
Additionally, distinguished speakers delivered a special lecture on the topic of “Gluten-free products with special attention to ohmic baking", which attracted significant interest from the lecturers and students of the faculty.
This event was held at the Room 3 of the Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University.
