On September 19, 2026, the Agro Startup Club, a student club under the Faculty of Agro-Industry, organized a training workshop on "Team Synergy & Team Building" aimed at strengthening teamwork skills among its student members. The activity was designed to help students apply the knowledge and experience gained to their club activities, academic work, and future collaboration with others.

The event was honored by the participation of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pornrat Wattanakasiwich, a faculty member of the Department of Physics and Materials Science, Chiang Mai University, who served as guest speaker for the Collaboration section. She shared concepts and techniques for building team synergy, as well as approaches to managing conflicts that may arise during collaborative work, through a combination of lecture and hands-on activities that allowed students to practice and exchange ideas with one another.

Throughout the workshop, students learned principles of effective teamwork, the importance of listening to differing opinions, communication within teams, and constructive ways to resolve conflict — all of which are essential skills for fostering smooth collaboration and helping teams achieve shared goals more effectively.
