เมื่อวันที่ 8 สิงหาคม 2568 คณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร มช. เปิดบ้านต้อนรับน้องๆ ชั้น ม.2 กว่า 80 คน จากโรงเรียนยุพราชวิทยาลัย สัมผัสประสบการณ์จริงกับ เวิร์กชอปเทคโนโลยีการถนอมอาหารและการแปรรูปผักผลไม้ 

กิจกรรมเริ่มต้นด้วยการกล่าวต้อนรับและแนะนำหลักสูตรของคณะฯ โดย อาจารย์ ดร.ทับกฤช ขุมทรัพย์ ผู้ช่วยคณบดี ตามด้วยการบรรยายให้ความรู้พื้นฐานโดย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ยงยุทธ เฉลิมชาติ ต่อด้วยกิจกรรม Workshop ที่ให้น้องๆ ได้ลงมือทำจริงอย่างเข้มข้นตลอดทั้งวัน ใน 3 ฐานปฏิบัติการด้านกระบวนการนวัตกรรมที่ใช้จริงในอุตสาหกรรมอาหารปัจจุบัน

• การทอดสูญญากาศ โดยใช้ Vacuum Fryer
• การทำแห้งโดยใช้เครื่องทำแห้งแบบลูกกลิ้ง (Drum Dryer)
• กระบวนการอัดพองด้วยเครื่อง Extruder

โดยมีทีมวิทยากรจากหลากหลายสาขาวิชาร่วมให้การดูแลอย่างใกล้ชิด

คณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ พื้นที่แห่งการเรียนรู้ สร้างสรรค์ และส่งเสริมนวัตกรอาหารรุ่นใหม่

The event began with a welcome speech and an introduction to the faculty's programs by Dr. Tabkrich Khumsap, Assistant Dean, followed by a foundational lecture by Asst. Prof. Dr. Yongyut Chalermchat. Students then participated in full-day workshops across three innovation-based practical stations using real industry-scale processes:

• Vacuum Frying using a Vacuum Fryer
• Drum Drying using a rotary drum dryer
• Extrusion using a food extruder machine

Throughout the workshop, students were guided closely by expert instructors from multiple academic disciplines.
