
Students from the Chiang Mai University Science Classroom Project Win Silver Medal in Poster Presentation at the 16th SCiUS Forum

The Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University, proudly congratulates a student from the Science Classroom in University-Affiliated School Project under Chiang Mai University (SCiUS-CMU) for receiving the Silver Medal in the Poster Presentation category at the 16th SCiUS Forum.
The awarded research project, entitled “Development of Nutritionally Enriched Noodles from Watermelon Rind,” focuses on the development of nutritionally enhanced noodles enriched with dietary fiber derived from watermelon rind. The product offers health benefits and serves as an alternative food choice for consumers.
The project was conducted by Miss Chayanin Photijanyakul under the supervision of Dr. Sukanya Thuengtung.
The achievement reflects the students’ research potential, creativity, and commitment to developing innovative food products with added value and sustainability.
