OSU Short-Term Study Abroad Program 2026 at Chiang Mai
On 25 May 2026, Associate Professor Dr. Yuthana Phimolsiripol, Dean of the Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University, together with his executive team, Associate Professor Dr. Thanongsak Chiyaso Head of the School of Agro-Industry and Assistant Professor Dr. Pavalee Chompoorat Tridtitanakiat, Assistant Dean, warmly welcomed faculty members and students from Oklahoma State University, USA, on the occasion of the “OSU Short-Term Study Abroad Program 2026 at Chiang Mai” held at Meeting Room 3, Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University.
The delegation from Oklahoma State University was led by Prof. Dr. Richard Coffey, Department Head for Animal and Food Sciences
Associate Professor Dr. Ravi Jadeja, Extension Specialist for Food Safety and Ms.Arakssi Arshakian, Director of Student Engagement & International Experiences, together with participating students from Oklahoma State University.
The program aims to promote academic collaboration and international exchange opportunities between the two institutions. It also provides students with valuable learning experiences in agro-industry, food safety, and food innovation through academic activities, cultural exchange, and experiential learning opportunities.
Following the welcome session, the administrators and faculty members held discussions on future academic collaboration and partnership development between the two universities. The delegation also visited the Faculty of Agro-Industry’s laboratories and learning facilities to exchange knowledge and strengthen international academic relations between the institutions.
