Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University Hosts "Fast-Track to Assistant, Associate, and Full Professorship" Program
On June 19, 2026, the Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University, organized the "Fast-Track to Assistant, Associate, and Full Professorship" program, aimed at supporting and encouraging faculty members in preparing for academic promotion to higher positions.
The opening ceremony was presided over by Assoc. Prof. Kittisak Jantanasakulwong, Ph.D., Assistant Dean, who delivered the opening remarks.
In the morning session, Prof. Wg. Cdr. Sumit Suwan, Ph.D. served as the guest speaker, sharing valuable knowledge with the faculty members in attendance.
In the afternoon session, Prof. Pornchai Rachtanapun, Ph.D. continued as the guest speaker, with faculty members from the Faculty of Agro-Industry actively participating and exchanging views on topics related to applying for academic positions throughout the day.
The program aims to inspire and provide useful guidance to faculty members in developing their academic work, supporting their advancement toward the positions of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Full Professor.
