The Food Engineering Program, Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University, organized the AI and Robotic Applications in the Food Industry Skill Development Project on 8 July 2026 at Meeting Room 4, Faculty of Agro-Industry Office Building. The workshop was conducted by Mr. Kitpaiboon Cheewaphanthusri, who delivered the session "Workshop: Robot Arm Control and AI-Based Image Processing", introducing participants to AI technologies and automation applications in the food industry.

        During the workshop, students gained hands-on experience in controlling a 6-axis Mirobot robotic arm and applying AI-based image processing through practical activities. The program enhanced participants' understanding of modern automation technologies and provided valuable skills that can be applied in their future studies, research, and careers in the food industry.
