who was invited to deliver a special lecture on “Innovative Technologies for Sustainable Food Development.”

The session aimed to enhance knowledge in sustainable food systems, green processing technologies, and global trends in the agro-industry. It attracted faculty members, graduate students, and interested participants, both onsite and online via Zoom.

Following the lecture, an interactive Q&A session allowed participants to engage directly with the speaker, contributing to strengthened international academic collaboration and broader perspectives on sustainable development in the food industry.
