Faculty of Agro-Industry Organizes Knowledge Sharing Session for Supporting Staff
On Friday, June 26, 2026, the Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University, organized a Knowledge Sharing Session for Supporting Staff to promote collaborative learning, facilitate the exchange of work-related experiences, and strengthen relationships among supporting personnel across the Faculty.
The session provided a valuable platform for participants to share knowledge, discuss best practices, and enhance mutual understanding of work processes. The knowledge-sharing topics included:
- Rules and regulations related to daily operations and administrative practices
- Financial management, budgeting, procurement, and asset management
- Other operational areas, including Educational Services, Research Administration, Policy and Planning, and Green Office initiatives
The event brought together the Faculty's executives, program coordinators, and supporting staff from the General Administration Office, Policy, Planning and Educational Quality Assurance Office, Research Administration, Academic Services and International Relations Office, Educational Services and Student Development Office, as well as the Finance, Accounting and Procurement Office.
Held in Meeting Room 3, the activity encouraged open communication and cross-functional collaboration among supporting staff, reinforcing the Faculty's commitment to continuous organizational learning, effective teamwork, and the ongoing development of professional competencies to support the Faculty's mission and strategic objectives.
