เมื่อวันที่ 8 เมษายน 2568 รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สุธี วังเตือย รองคณบดีคณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร พร้อมด้วยผู้บริหารและคณาจารย์ ประชุมหารือการบูรณาการเพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตร สาขาวิชาศิลปะการประกอบอาหารและโภชนาการ ร่วมกับผู้บริหาร และคณาจารย์จากคณะมนุษยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อบูรณาการองค์ความรู้ทางวิทยาศาสตร์การอาหารและศิลปะการประกอบอาหารเพื่อสร้างหลักสูตรที่มุ่งผลิตบัณฑิตที่มีความเป็นเลิศด้านการประกอบอาหารเชิงนวัตกรรม สามารถบูรณาการองค์ความรู้ด้านศิลปะการประกอบอาหาร วิทยาศาสตร์การอาหาร โภชนาการ และศาสตร์อื่น ๆ อย่างสร้างสรรค์ หลักสูตรนี้จะสามารถมอบโอกาสการเรียนรู้ให้แก่นักศึกษาที่จะพัฒนาทักษะของตนเองสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของตลาดแรงงานมากขึ้น ซึ่งการประชุมดังกล่าวจัดขึ้น ณ ห้องประชุม 2 อาคารสำนักงานคณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร



On April 8, 2025, Associate Professor Dr.Sutee Wangtueai, Vice Dean and representative of the Dean, along with the Executive and faculty members, held a meeting to discuss the integration of the Culinary Arts and Nutrition Program with the Executive and faculty members from Faculty of Humanities, Chiang Mai University. The purpose of this collaboration is to integrate knowledge in food science and culinary arts to develop a curriculum that produces graduates with excellence in innovative culinary arts and the ability to creatively apply interdisciplinary knowledge in culinary arts, food science, nutrition, and related fields. Providing enhanced learning opportunities for students to better align their skills with the demands of the labor market. The meeting took place in Meeting Room 2, the Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University.
