การจัดกิจกรรมการประชุมโครงการทุนเมธีวิจัยอาวุโส ศ.ดร.พรชัย ราชตนะพันธุ์ ของสำนักงานการวิจัยแห่งชาติ (วช.) ครั้งที่ 1 ประจำปี 2568 ระหว่างวันที่ 17-18 พฤษภาคม 2568 โดยมี ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.พรชัย ราชตนะพันธุ์ หัวหน้าโครงการฯ กล่าวรายงานวัตถุประสงค์ และ รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วินิตา บุณโยดม รองอธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ให้เกียรติกล่าวต้อนรับอย่างอบอุ่น พร้อมกล่าวเปิดการประชุมดังกล่าว ณ โรงแรม ทรีสเคป รีทรีท รีสอร์ท เชียงใหม่
การประชุมนี้จัดขึ้นเพื่อให้นักวิจัยในทีมเกิดการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ ร่วมนำเสนอผลงานด้านวิจัยและอภิปรายร่วมกัน ในการนี้ได้รับเกียรติจากวิทยากรผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ มาร่วมถ่ายทอดประสบการณ์และความรู้ ได้แก่ ศาสตราจารย์เกียรติคุณ ดร.ทวี ตันฆศิริ อาจารย์จากศูนย์วิจัยวัสดุศาสตร์ คณะวิทยาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ และ ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ณัฐดนัย หาญการสุจริต จากคณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ นอกจากนี้ยังได้รับเกียรติจากวิทยากรเวทีเสวนาสุดพิเศษ ได้แก่ รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ยุทธนา พิมลศิริผล คณบดีคณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.นพพล เล็กสวัสดิ์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานบริหารงานวิจัย และ รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.พิสิฐ ศรีสุริยจันทร์ รองคณบดีคณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร ซึ่งได้ร่วมแบ่งปันประสบการณ์และข้อมูลเชิงลึกเพื่อเป็นแนวทางการขับเคลื่อนทีมวิจัย เสริมสร้างความรู้และแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองระหว่างอาจารย์นักวิจัยที่เข้าร่วมประชุม การประชุมครั้งนี้นับเป็นกิจกรรมสุด Exclusive ที่ไม่เพียงแต่สร้างความเข้มแข็งให้กับเครือข่ายนักวิจัย แต่ยังตอกย้ำความร่วมมือระหว่างสถาบันต่าง ๆ และสนับสนุนพันธกิจของคณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร ในการยกระดับงานวิจัย พร้อมผลักดันมหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่สู่การเป็นสถาบันอุดมศึกษาชั้นนำในระดับประเทศและระดับนานาชาติ

The 1st Annual Meeting under the TRF Senior Research Scholar Project of Professor Dr.Pornchai Rachtanapun, held on May 17–18, 2025, at the Tree Scape Retreat Resort, Chiang Mai.
The opening ceremony was presided over by Associate Professor Dr.Winita Punyodom, Vice President of Chiang Mai University, who warmly welcomed participants and officially inaugurated the event. Professor Dr. Pornchai Rachtanapun, Project Leader, delivered the report and overview of the project’s objectives.
The event aimed to foster knowledge exchange and collaboration among researchers through research presentations and discussions. Keynote lectures were delivered by distinguished experts, including Professor Emeritus Dr.Tawee Tunkasiri, from Department of Physics and Materials Science, Faculty of Science, Chiang Mai University and Professor Dr. Nathdanai Harnkarnsujarit. from the Faculty of Agro-Industry, Kasetsart University.
Additionally, this event was hosted on the executive stage, featured a dynamic panel discussion that brought together the distinguished VIP experts; Associate Professor Dr.Yuthana Phimolsiripol, Dean of the Faculty of Agro-Industry, Associate Professor Dr.Noppol Leksawasdi, Director of the Office of Research Administration and Associate Professor Dr.Phisit Seesuriyachan, Vice dean of the Faculty of Agro-Industry — they provided valuable insights into strategies for advancing collaborative research and also added a deeper layer to the conversation at this stage as well. This exclusive gathering not only strengthened the research network, but also reinforced collaboration between institutions, driving forward the Faculty’s mission to enhance research excellence and reinforcing Chiang Mai University's strategic commitment to be a leading university at both national and international levels.
