โครงการพัฒนาศักยภาพเครือข่ายบริการวิชาการ ผู้ประกอบการท้องถิ่น และ/หรือหน่วยงานการศึกษาในพื้นที่ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2568 เมื่อวันพุธที่ 30 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2568 เวลา 08.30 – 16.30 น. ณ คณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร (สมุทรสาคร) มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ได้มีการจัดกิจกรรมอบรมหลักสูตรระยะสั้น “เทคนิคพื้นฐานทางจุลชีววิทยา” เพื่อเสริมสร้างองค์ความรู้และทักษะที่จำเป็นแก่เจ้าหน้าที่และผู้ปฏิบัติงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการควบคุมคุณภาพ และการวิจัยและพัฒนาในภาคอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร

ผู้เข้าร่วมอบรมได้รับความรู้เชิงปฏิบัติการที่สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในงานจริง พร้อมทั้งมีโอกาสแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์กับผู้เชี่ยวชาญในสาขาอย่างใกล้ชิด


Project to Enhance the Capacity of Academic Service Networks, Local Entrepreneurs, and/or Educational Institutions in the Area Fiscal Year 2025. On Wednesday, July 30, 2025, from 08:30 AM to 04:30 PM, the Faculty of Agro-Industry (Samut Sakhon), Chiang Mai University, successfully organized a short training course titled “Basic Techniques in Microbiology.” This initiative aimed to strengthen the knowledge and practical skills of personnel involved in quality control and research and development within the food industry.

Participants had the opportunity to engage directly with experts, exchange experiences, and enhance their competencies in microbiological practices relevant to their professional roles.
