เมื่อวันที่ 16 สิงหาคม 2568 คณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร (สมุทรสาคร) มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ได้จัดกิจกรรมบรรยายพิเศษในหัวข้อ "นวัตกรรมบรรจุภัณฑ์แอคทีฟและอินเทลลิเจนต์" ภายใต้โครงการผลิตบัณฑิตพันธุ์ใหม่ฯ ระหว่างเวลา 09.00 – 16.00 น. ณ ห้องเรียนอัจฉริยะ คณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร (สมุทรสาคร) พร้อมทั้งถ่ายทอดสดผ่านระบบซูมออนไลน์ การบรรยายในครั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจาก รศ.ดร.ธีรนันท์ เจนจรัสสกุล จากเจนจรัส กรุ๊ป เป็นวิทยากรหลัก ซึ่งได้ถ่ายทอดความรู้ด้านเทคโนโลยีบรรจุภัณฑ์ล้ำสมัยให้แก่ผู้เรียนในโครงการฯ และผู้สนใจที่เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม โดยเฉพาะด้านนวัตกรรมบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่จะเป็นแนวโน้มสำคัญในอนาคต กิจกรรมนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนหลักสูตรที่ 2 : การเพิ่มมูลค่าผลิตภัณฑ์อาหารด้วยเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม เพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้และทักษะให้แก่ผู้เข้าร่วมในการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่สู่การพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมอาหารอย่างยั่งยืน

On August 16, 2025, the Faculty of Agro-Industry (Samut Sakhon), Chiang Mai University, organized a special lecture titled “Innovative Active and Intelligent Packaging” under the New Breed Graduate Production Project. The event took place from 09:00 to 16:00 at the Smart Classroom, Faculty of Agro-Industry (Samut Sakhon), and was also broadcast live via Zoom. The lecture was honored by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Teeranan Jenjaratsakul from Jenjaras Group as the keynote speaker. He shared advanced knowledge on modern packaging technologies with students in the program and other interested participants, focusing particularly on packaging innovations that are expected to play a significant role in the future.This activity was part of Course 2: Adding Value to Food Products through Technology and Innovation, aimed at enhancing participants’ knowledge and skills in applying modern technologies to support the sustainable development of the food industry.
