ส่งเสริมนวัตกรรมอาหารและวิทยาศาสตร์ประยุกต์สู่อนาคต
คณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ จัดพิธีเปิดและการประกวดแข่งขัน CNX FINEX 2026 (CNX Food and Applied Science Invention & Exhibition) ภายใต้การประชุมวิชาการนานาชาติ The 8th International Conference on Food and Applied Bioscience (FAB 2026) ระหว่างวันที่ 5–6 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 ณ โรงแรม The Empress Hotel จังหวัดเชียงใหม่
ในการนี้ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ปวาลี ชมภูรัตน์ ธฤติธนเกียรติ์ ผู้ช่วยคณบดีคณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร ได้กล่าวรายงานถึงวัตถุประสงค์ของการจัดงาน ซึ่งมุ่งเน้นการส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนการสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมด้านอาหารและวิทยาศาสตร์ประยุกต์ เปิดเวทีให้นักศึกษา นักวิจัย และผู้ประกอบการ ได้นำเสนอผลงาน แลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ และต่อยอดสู่การใช้ประโยชน์เชิงพาณิชย์และความยั่งยืน
โอกาสนี้ได้รับเกียรติจาก รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ยุทธนา พิมลศิริผล คณบดีคณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิด โดยได้กล่าวถึงความสำคัญของการบูรณาการองค์ความรู้ด้านวิทยาศาสตร์ เทคโนโลยี และนวัตกรรม เพื่อขับเคลื่อนอุตสาหกรรมอาหารและเกษตรสู่อนาคต ภายใต้แนวคิดของงาน “The Food Singularity: Converging Sustainable Agritech to Frontier Food Era”
การประกวดแข่งขัน CNX FINEX 2026 แบ่งออกเป็นระดับนักศึกษาและระดับบุคคลทั่วไป/มืออาชีพ โดยมีการนำเสนอแนวคิดเชิงนวัตกรรม การจัดแสดงต้นแบบผลงาน และการนำเสนอผลงานต่อคณะกรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ เพื่อเฟ้นหาผลงานที่มีศักยภาพโดดเด่น และสามารถต่อยอดสู่การใช้งานจริงในอนาคต คณะกรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจากทั้งในและต่างประเทศ ได้แก่

2) Prof. Dr. Luh Suriati, Universitas Warmadewa, Indonesia
3) Dr. Desak Ketut Tristiana Sukmadewi, Universitas Warmadewa, Indonesia
4) Miss Wanwisa Wongkasit, Senior Event Manager from Informa Markets, Thailand
5) Prof. Dr. David Stone, Oregon State University, USA
Opening Ceremony and Innovation Competition of CNX FINEX 2026
Advancing Food and Applied Science Innovations under FAB 2026
The Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University, organized the opening ceremony and innovation competition of CNX FINEX 2026 (CNX Food and Applied Science Invention & Exhibition) as part of The 8th International Conference on Food and Applied Bioscience (FAB 2026), held during 5–6 February 2026 at The Empress Hotel, Chiang Mai, Thailand.
At the ceremony, Assistant Professor Dr. Pavalee Chompoorat Tridtitanakiat, Assistant Dean of the Faculty of Agro-Industry, delivered the opening report outlining the objectives of the event. The competition aims to promote creativity and innovation in food and applied sciences, while providing a platform for students, researchers, and entrepreneurs to present their ideas, exchange knowledge, and foster sustainable innovation with real-world impact.
The opening ceremony was presided over by Associate Professor Dr. Yuthana Phimolsiripol, Dean of the Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University, who emphasized the importance of integrating science, technology, and innovation to drive the future of the food and agro-industry sector. The event is organized under the theme “The Food Singularity: Converging Sustainable Agritech to Frontier Food Era.”
CNX FINEX 2026 features competitions in both Student and Professional divisions, including concept presentations, prototype exhibitions, and live pitching sessions. The entries were evaluated by an international panel of distinguished judges, including
1) Professor Dr. Hui Hong from China Agricultural University, China
2) Professor Dr. Luh Suriati from Universitas Warmadewa, Indonesia
3) Dr. Desak Ketut Tristiana Sukmadewi from Universitas Warmadewa, Indonesia
4) Ms. Wanwisa Wongkasit, Senior Event Manager from Informa Markets, Thailand
5) Professor Dr. David Stone from Oregon State University, USA.
The judging process aims to identify outstanding innovations with strong potential for further development and practical application in the future.
