Professor Dr. Pornchai Rachtanapun led his team to win the NRCT Special Award for Excellent Invention from the National Research Council of Thailand at The 50th International Exhibition of Inventions Geneva in Geneva, Switzerland.

The award-winning invention is the "Sgreen X: Sexed Sperm Sorting Kit for Animal Semen."

The research team includes Associate Professor Dr. Korawan Srengam, Professor Dr. Pornchai Rachtanapun, Assistant Professor Dr. Surat Hongsibsong, Assistant Professor Dr. Wiwat Pattanawong, Associate Professor Dr. Kittisak Jantanasakulwong, Mr. Maninpan Thongkham, Mr. Panuwit Paitoon, and Ms. Apinya Sartsuk.
