คณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ขอแสดงความยินดีกับ ดร.ณัฐธินี ทรายแก้ว อาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตรวิศวกรรมและนวัตกรรมการผลิตอาหาร วิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีและสหวิทยาการ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลล้านนา ที่ได้รับรางวัลผลงานคุณภาพ NRCT Quality Achievement Award ในวิทยานิพนธ์เรื่อง “การเสริมฤทธิ์ของสารสกัดจากข้าวดําร่วมกับชาเขียวต่อสมบัติการชะลอวัยและการประยุกต์ใช้ในเครื่องดื่มข้าวฟังก์ชันนัลสําหรับผู้สูงอายุ” (Synergistic Effects of Black Rice and Green Tea Extracts on The Anti-Aging Properties and Its Application in Functional Rice Drink for the Elderly) (สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์และอุตสาหกรรมวิจัย) โดยมี รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร. นิรมล อุตมอ่าง เป็นอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา

Congratulations to Dr. Natthanee Saikaew on Receiving the NRCT Quality Achievement Award

The Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University, proudly congratulates Dr. Natthanee Saikaew, lecturer in the Food Engineering and Production Innovation Program, College of Technology and Interdisciplinary Studies, Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna, on receiving the NRCT Quality Achievement Award for her doctoral thesis entitled:

“Synergistic Effects of Black Rice and Green Tea Extracts on the Anti-Aging Properties and Its Application in Functional Rice Drink for the Elderly”
(Engineering and Industrial Research Field)

Her thesis was supervised by Associate Professor Dr. Niramon Utama-ang.
