ร่วมโครงการ Risk Control in Food Safety and Security Using Appropriate Innovative Technology for New Normal

 วันที่ 19 – 22 สิงหาคม 2567 รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ยุทธนา พิมลศิริผล คณบดีคณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร พร้อมด้วยคณะทำงาน เดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานเพื่อเข้าร่วมการสำรวจข้อมูลเชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับตลาด การสร้างโอกาสในการร่วมมือทางธุรกิจ และการถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยี (Market and Partnership: Exploration and Technology Dissemination Workshop)  ภายใต้โครงการ “การควบคุมความเสี่ยงด้านความปลอดภัยและความมั่นคงด้านอาหารด้วยการใช้เทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมที่เหมาะสมกับชีวิตวิถีใหม่” (Risk Control in Food Safety and Security Using Appropriate Innovative Technology for New Normal Project)  ภายใต้กองทุนพิเศษแม่โขง-ล้านช้าง (Mekong-Lancang Cooperation Project: MLC) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อยกระดับความปลอดภัยด้านอาหารและความมั่นคงด้านอาหารในนครโฮจิมินห์ สาธารณรัฐสังคมนิยมเวียดนามซึ่งเป็นหนึ่งในกลุ่มประเทศพื้นที่เป้าหมายสำหรับการส่งเสริมพัฒนา ณ สถานประกอบการ ได้แก่ GO! An Lac, Co.op Xtra  และ สำนักงานส่งเสริมการค้าในต่างประเทศ ณ นครโฮจิมินห์ สาธารณรัฐสังคมนิยมเวียดนาม

 

Join the Risk Control in Food Safety and Security Using Appropriate Innovative Technology for New Normal Project, Vietnam

August 19-22, 2024. Associate Professor Dr. Yuthana Phimolsiripol, Dean of the Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University, together with the team attended the Market and Partnership: Exploration and Technology Dissemination Workshop, as part of the project of the Risk Control in Food Safety and Security Using Appropriate Innovative Technology for New Normal Project. This important task is executed under the project known as Mekong-Lancang Cooperation Project (MLC).  The project aims at enhancing “Food Safety & Security” standard in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, one of the target countries for development promotion.

Furthermore, the delegation visited GO An Lac, Co.op Xtra and met with the executives of Thai Trade Center, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
