เมื่อวันที่ 24 - 25 พฤษภาคม 2568 รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สุธี วังเตือย รองคณบดีคณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร ได้รับเชิญจาก Beijing Academy of Food Sciences (BAFS), China และ China Food Publishing Co., Chinaสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน เพื่อเป็น Guest Speaker ในการประชุม The 2nd International Symposium on ‘Greater Food’ Approach – Future Food Science and Technology Innovation จัดขึ้น ณ เมืองเฉิงตู มณฑลเสฉวน สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน
รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สุธี วังเตือย ได้นำเสนอผลงานวิจัยในฐานะ Guest Speaker ของการประชุมฯ โดยได้บรรยายในหัวข้อ Physicochemical and Biological Properties of Protein Isolates and Hydrolysates from Six Commercially Edible Insect Species in Thailand ให้กับผู้เข้าร่วมงาน ซึ่งได้รับความสนใจอย่างมากจากผู้เข้าร่วมและผู้เชี่ยวชาญในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง การบรรยายได้รับการตอบรับเป็นอย่างดีและเป็นที่สนใจของผู้เข้าร่วมประชุมจากนานาประเทศ

On May 24–25, 2025, Associate Professor Dr. Sutee Wangtueai, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Agro-Industry, was invited by the Beijing Academy of Food Sciences (BAFS), China and China Food Publishing Co., China to participate as a Guest Speaker at the 2nd International Symposium on the ‘Greater Food’ Approach – Future Food Science and Technology Innovation, held in Chengdu, Sichuan, China.
At the symposium, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sutee Wangtueai delivered a well-received guest lecture on “Physicochemical and Biological Properties of Protein Isolates and Hydrolysates from Six Edible Insect Species in Thailand,” attracting strong interest from both local and international participants.
