On June 6, 2025, the Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University, organized a knowledge exchange activity aimed at improving operational efficiency and addressing deficiencies in work processes. The event focused on reviewing current workflows, identifying and resolving operational issues, and enhancing performance in accordance with ISO 9001 standards and requirements.

The session was honored by the presence of Asst. Prof. Dr. Suthat Surawang and Ms. Piyanuch Sawatdee, Secretary of the Faculty of Agro-Industry, who shared their expertise and insights with the administrative staff of the Faculty Office. The activity took place at Wintree City Resort, providing a conducive environment for learning and collaboration.
