เมื่อวันที่ 12 มิถุนายน 2568 รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ยุทธนา พิมลศิริผล คณบดีคณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร และในฐานะ นายกสมาคมสภาวิชาการอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร (AIAC)  พร้อมด้วยผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ปวาลี ชมภูรัตน์ ธฤติธนเกียรติ์ ผู้ช่วยคณบดี ได้ร่วมเป็นเกียรติในพิธีเปิด “งานประชุมวิชาการนานาชาติด้านนวัตกรรมอาหาร ครั้งที่ 27 ; FIAC 2025”
โดยในปีนี้ สมาคมสภาวิชาการอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร (AIAC) ได้ร่วมกับมหาวิทยาลัยเจ้าภาพ 3 พระจอม ได้แก่ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรี (มจธ.) โดย ภาควิชาวิศวกรรมอาหาร คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ ร่วมกับคณะอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร สถาบันเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าเจ้าคุณทหารลาดกระบัง (สจล.) คณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตรดิจิทัล มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าพระนครเหนือ (มจพ.) และสมาคมวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีทางอาหารแห่งประเทศไทย (FoSTAT) ได้จัดให้มีพิธีเปิดการประชุมวิชาการนานาชาติด้านนวัตกรรมอาหาร ครั้งที่ 27 (The 27th Food Innovation Asia Conference 2025: FIAC 2025) อย่างเป็นทางการ ณ Grand Hall ชั้น 2 ศูนย์นิทรรศการและการประชุมไบเทค บางนา กรุงเทพมหานคร ภายใต้หัวข้อ “Frontier of Food Transformation towards Technology, Innovation and Sustainability” โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสนับสนุนให้อาจารย์ นักวิจัย นักวิชาการ ตลอดจนผู้ประกอบการและผู้บริโภคทั้งภายในประเทศและต่างชาติได้แลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ ประสบการณ์และความคิดเห็นในด้านวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีทางอาหาร ซึ่งจะก่อให้เกิดการพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ทางด้านอุตสาหกรรมอาหารโดยองค์รวม
ทั้งนี้ พิธีเปิดอย่างเป็นทางการได้รับเกียรติจาก ดร.กัญญวิมว์ กีรติกร รองอธิการบดีอาวุโสฝ่ายวิจัยและนวัตกรรม มจธ. ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สักกมน เทพหัสดิน ณ อยุธยา ผู้แทนหัวหน้าภาควิชาวิศวกรรมอาหาร คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ มจธ. พร้อมด้วยอธิการบดี สจล. รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายวิจัย มจพ. คณบดีและหัวหน้าภาควิชาวิศวกรรมอาหาร สจล. มจพ., ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์พวงเพ็ชร์ นิธยานนท์ นายกสมาคม FoSTAT และ รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ยุทธนา พิมลศิริผล นายกสมาคม AIAC
ภายหลังเสร็จสิ้นพิธีเปิด ได้มีพิธีมอบรางวัล Ajinomoto - FoSTAT Outstanding Food Scientist Award เพื่อยกย่องนักวิทยาศาสตร์อาหารที่มีผลงานโดดเด่นในระดับประเทศ ในการนี้ รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร. สุพัตรา กาญจนประทุม จากคณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ได้เข้ารับรางวัล นักวิจัยดีเด่น ด้านวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีทางอาหาร ประเภท Young Food Scientist Award ประจำปี 2568 จากสมาคมวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีทางอาหารแห่งประเทศไทย
นอกจากนี้ยังมีการบรรยายปาฐกถาพิเศษ (Keynote Speeches) จากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิระดับนานาชาติ อาทิ Prof. Dr. Xiao Dong Chen จาก Soochow University ประเทศจีน Dr. Binghuei Barry Yang จาก Food Industry Research and Development Institute สาธารณรัฐจีน(ไต้หวัน) Asst. Prof. Dr. Woo Jae Kim จาก Harbin Institute of Technology ประเทศจีน และ ดร.กอบกุล เหล่าเท้ง ศูนย์พันธุวิศวกรรมและเทคโนโลยีชีวภาพแห่งชาติ (BIOTEC) ประเทศไทย
การประชุมวิชาการ FIAC 2025 กำหนดจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 12 – 14 มิถุนายน 2568 โดยประกอบด้วยการนำเสนอผลงานวิชาการทั้งในรูปแบบการบรรยายปากเปล่าและโปสเตอร์ ครอบคลุมในหลากหลายสาขา อาทิ เคมีอาหาร โภชนาการ จุลชีววิทยา เทคโนโลยีการหมัก วิศวกรรมการแปรรูปอาหาร การพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ การประเมินทางประสาทสัมผัส ตลอดจนกฎหมายและนโยบายด้านอาหาร รวมถึงกิจกรรมการแข่งขัน FoSTAT Food Innovation Contest 2025 ภายใต้หัวข้อ “Food Innovation for Silver Generation” การจัดประชุมในครั้งนี้นับเป็นเวทีสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนนวัตกรรมด้านอาหารของภูมิภาคเอเชียให้ก้าวสู่ความยั่งยืน ด้วยการบูรณาการองค์ความรู้ เทคโนโลยี และความร่วมมือระหว่างภาควิชาการและภาคอุตสาหกรรม

On June 12, 2025, Associate Professor Dr. Yuthana Phimolsiripol, Dean of the Faculty of Agro-Industry and as the President of the Agro-Industry Academic Council Association (AIAC), along with Assistant Professor Dr.Pavalee Chompoorat Tridtitanakiat, Assistant Dean of the Faculty of Agro-Industry,participated in the opening ceremony of the 27th Food Innovation Asia Conference (FIAC 2025), held at the Grand Hall, 2nd Floor, BITEC, Bangkok.
This year, the conference was co-hosted by AIAC in collaboration with King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT); the Faculty of Agro-Industry, King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL); the Faculty of Digital Agro-Industry, King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB); and the Food Science and Technology Association of Thailand (FoSTAT), under the theme “Frontier of Food Transformation Towards Technology, Innovation and Sustainability,” the event brought together academics, researchers, and industry professionals from Thailand and abroad, to exchange knowledge and insights in the field of food science and technology.
The opening ceremony was presided over by distinguished guests, including Dr. Kanyawim Kirtikara, Senior Vice President for Research and Innovation at KMUTT; Professor Dr. Sakamon Devahastin Na Ayuthaya, representing the Department of Food Engineering at KMUTT; rectors and vice presidents for research from KMITL and KMUTNB; academic leaders from the food science faculties of the host institutions; Assistant Professor Puangpetch Nitayanont, President of FoSTAT; and Associate Professor Dr. Yuthana Phimolsiripol, President of AIAC.
Following the ceremony, the Ajinomoto–FoSTAT Outstanding Food Scientist Award was presented to honor exceptional contributions in food science. In this occasion, Associate Professor Dr. Supatra Kanchanapatum from the Faculty of Agro-Industry, CMU, received the Young Food Scientist Award 2025 from FoSTAT for her outstanding research and achievements.
The event also featured keynote addresses by prominent international speakers, including Prof. Dr. Xiao Dong Chen (Soochow University, China); Dr. Binghuei Barry Yang (Food Industry Research and Development Institute, Taiwan); Asst. Prof. Dr. Woo Jae Kim (Harbin Institute of Technology, China); and Dr. Kobkul Laothong (BIOTEC, Thailand).
FIAC 2025 took place from June 12–14 and included oral and poster presentations across a wide range of disciplines, such as food chemistry, nutrition, microbiology, fermentation technology, food processing engineering, sensory evaluation, and food law and policy. A key highlight of the event was the FoSTAT Food Innovation Contest 2025, which was held under the theme “Food Innovation for the Silver Generation.”
This international conference served as a vital platform for fostering collaboration and driving innovation in food science and technology, aiming to support sustainable development across Asia and beyond.
