คณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร จัดบรรยายพิเศษด้าน NIR Spectroscopy โดย Prof. Wouter Saeys จากประเทศเบลเยียม
เมื่อวันที่ 8 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2568 รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สุดารัตน์ เจียมยั่งยืน และอาจารย์ ดร. เสาวลักษณ์ รุ่งแจ้ง อาจารย์ประจำคณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ได้จัดกิจกรรมบรรยายพิเศษในหัวข้อ “NIR Spectroscopy, Chemometric, and Data Analysis for Food and Nutrition Science” โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก Professor Wouter Saeys จากมหาวิทยาลัย KU Leuven ประเทศเบลเยียม เป็นวิทยากรรับเชิญ
กิจกรรมในครั้งนี้ได้รับความสนใจจากคณาจารย์ นักวิจัย และนักศึกษาจำนวนมากที่เข้าร่วมรับฟังและแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ ถือเป็นอีกหนึ่งก้าวสำคัญของความร่วมมือทางวิชาการในระดับนานาชาติ ที่สอดคล้องกับแนวทางการพัฒนานวัตกรรมทางวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีอาหาร
พร้อมกันนี้ คณบดี รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ยุทธนา พิมลศิริผล พร้อมด้วยทีมผู้บริหาร ได้แก่ รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.กิตติศักดิ์ จันทนสกุลวงศ์ และ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ปวาลี ชมภูรัตน์ ธฤติธนเกียรติ์ ได้ให้การต้อนรับอาคันตุกะดังกล่าวและร่วมหารือแนวทางความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ เพื่อขยายเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระดับนานาชาติในอนาคต และยังได้พาเยี่ยมชมอาคาร Biopolis สถาบันวิศวกรรมชีวการแพทย์ และ INNO Store ณ อุทยานวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี
On July 8, 2025, Assoc. Prof. Sudarat Jiamyangyuen and Dr. Saowaluk Rungchang from the Faculty of Agro-Industry organized a special lecture titled “NIR Spectroscopy, Chemometric, and Data Analysis for Food and Nutrition Science.” The lecture was honored by Professor Wouter Saeys from KU Leuven, Belgium, as the guest speaker.
The event attracted great interest from faculty members, researchers, and students who actively participated in the knowledge exchange. This lecture also marks a significant step in fostering international academic collaboration, aligning with the faculty’s vision to advance innovation in food science and technology.
The executive team of the Faculty of Agro-Industry—Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yuthana Phimolsiripol, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kittisak Jantanasakulwong, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Pavalee Chompoorat Tridtitanakiat—also welcomed Professor Saeys and held discussions on expanding academic partnerships and strengthening global collaboration networks.
