คณบดีคณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร ร่วมขับเคลื่อนความร่วมมือด้าน BSF ณ สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน.

ระหว่างวันที่ 14–18 กรกฎาคม 2568 รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ยุทธนา พิมลศิริผล คณบดีคณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ พร้อมด้วย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ชิตาพัณณ์ ใบงิ้ว ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์นวัตกรรมอาหารและบรรจุภัณฑ์ และทีมศูนย์ FIN คณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร ได้เดินทางเยือนสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีนอย่างเป็นทางการ เพื่อหารือความร่วมมือภายใต้โครงการ "Black Soldier Fly as Green and Waste Management for Carbon Neutrality and Sustainable Community in Lancang-Mekong Region"
การเยือนในครั้งนี้ประกอบด้วยการประชุมหารือด้านความร่วมมือ การเยี่ยมชมสถานที่ปฏิบัติงาน และฟาร์มต้นแบบ BSF ณ ห้องปฏิบัติการหลักของมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรหัวจง (Huazhong Agricultural University) และสถาบันการแปรรูปผลิตภัณฑ์เกษตรเจียงไห่ (Jianghuai Agricultural Product Fine Processing and Resource Utilization) แห่งมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรอานฮุย (Anhui Agricultural University) พร้อมเยี่ยมชมโรงงานแปรรูปอาหาร Cha cha และ Wangrenhe
นอกจากนี้ คณะผู้แทนยังได้เดินทางไปยังมหาวิทยาลัยเซี่ยงไฮ้เจียวทง (Shanghai Jiao Tong University) เพื่อขยายเครือข่ายความร่วมมือด้านการวิจัยระหว่างประเทศ พร้อมทั้งนำเสนองานในสัมมนาเกี่ยวกับโครงการ BSF และแนวทางการพัฒนาสู่ชุมชนอย่างยั่งยืนในระดับภูมิภาค

Strengthening Regional Sustainability: Dean Visits China for BSF Collaboration.

During July 14–18, 2025, Associate Professor Dr. Yuthana Phimolsiripol, Dean of the Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University,  led a delegation : Assistant Professor Dr. Shitapan Bai-Ngew, Director of the Food Innovation and Packaging Center, and a team of faculty members, to the People's Republic of China to promote academic and research collaboration under the project "Black Soldier Fly Project for Carbon Neutrality and Sustainable Development in the Lancang-Mekong Region Project."
The visit included engagements with leading institutions such as Huazhong Agricultural University and the Jianghuai Agricultural Product Fine Processing and Resource Utilization Center at Anhui Agricultural University. The delegation explored BSF-related research facilities, discussed collaborative frameworks, and visited to the Black Soldier Fly (BSF) model farm.

Furthermore, the mission concluded at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, where a mini seminar was convened to foster regional academic partnerships and strengthen sustainability-oriented research networks, with a focus on advancing community development across the Lancang-Mekong region.
