การจัดงานในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเป็นเวทีสำคัญให้ผู้ประกอบการด้านอาหารและเครื่องดื่มในประเทศไทยและภูมิภาคเอเชีย ได้ศึกษา ทดลอง ค้นคว้า แลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ รวมถึงเจรจาธุรกิจกับผู้ผลิตและนักนวัตกรรมจากนานาประเทศ อีกทั้งยังเป็นโอกาสในการนำเสนอผลงานวิจัย การพัฒนาส่วนผสมอาหารใหม่ ๆ การประชุมสัมมนาแนวโน้มอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร ตลอดจนการสร้างศักยภาพด้านการส่งออกอาหารของประเทศไทยสู่ตลาดโลก

On 17 September 2025, Associate Professor Dr. Yuthana Phimolsiripol, Dean of the Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University, was honored by Informa Markets to participate in the Official Opening Ceremony of Food Ingredients Asia 2025 (Fi Asia 2025), held at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, Bangkok. The event was launched on a grand scale as one of the world’s premier platforms for food ingredient technologies and innovations.

The exhibition aims to provide a vital platform for food and beverage entrepreneurs in Thailand and across Asia to explore, experiment, research, exchange knowledge, and engage in business negotiations with producers and innovators worldwide. It also serves as a stage for presenting research achievements, introducing novel food ingredients, sharing insights on industry trends, and strengthening Thailand’s competitiveness in food exports to the global market.
