From China to Chiang Mai: Building Bridges in Academic Excellence
เมื่อวันที่ 3 ตุลาคม 2568 รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ยุทธนา พิมลสิริผล คณบดีคณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ให้การต้อนรับ Prof. Dr.Hui Hong รองผู้อำนวยการ Social Service Office และ รองผู้อำนวยการ Department of Food Processing มหาวิทยาลัย China Agricultural (China Agricultural University) ในโอกาสที่เดินทางมาเป็น วิทยากรรับเชิญพิเศษ เพื่อบรรยายและแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ทางวิชาการแก่คณาจารย์และนักศึกษา ณ คณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร
ภายหลังการบรรยาย ศาสตราจารย์ ดร. Hui Hong ได้เข้าเยี่ยมชม อาคาร CMU Biopolis ซึ่งเป็นศูนย์กลางการวิจัยและนวัตกรรมด้านอุตสาหกรรมเกษตรและเทคโนโลยีอาหารสมัยใหม่ โดยมีการนำเสนอความพร้อมด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ห้องปฏิบัติการ เทคโนโลยีขั้นสูง และโครงสร้างพื้นฐานที่ได้มาตรฐานระดับนานาชาติ อันสะท้อนถึงศักยภาพของคณะในการสนับสนุนงานวิจัยและพัฒนาระดับสูง การเยือนในครั้งนี้ยังนับเป็นอีกหนึ่งมิติของความร่วมมือ ที่คาดว่าจะนำไปสู่การดำเนินงานทางวิชาการและงานวิจัยร่วมกันในอนาคต
ในโอกาสเดียวกันนี้ Prof.Dr.Hui Hong ได้เข้าคารวะ ศาสตราจารย์ปฏิบัติ ดร.ชรินทร์ เตชะพันธุ์ รองอธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ณ ห้องหม่อมหลวงปิ่น มาลากุล สำนักงานมหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ เพื่อแสดงความเคารพและหารือแนวทางในการเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ทางวิชาการ การเยือนครั้งนี้ยังสะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นร่วมกันในการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือที่ใกล้ชิดและยั่งยืนระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่และมหาวิทยาลัยการเกษตรจีน
On 3 October 2025, Associate Professor Dr. Yuthana Phimolsiripol, Dean of the Faculty of Agro-Industry at Chiang Mai University, warmly welcomed Prof. Dr. Hui Hong, Deputy Director of the Social Service Office and Deputy Director of the Department of Food Processing at the College of Food Science and Nutritional Engineering, China Agricultural University, on his visit as a distinguished guest speaker to deliver a lecture and exchange academic knowledge with faculty members and students at the Faculty of Agro-Industry.
Following the lecture, Prof. Dr. Hui Hong was invited to tour the CMU BIOPOLIS Building, a central hub for research and innovation in Agro-Industry and modern food technology. During the visit, the facilities, laboratories, advanced technologies, and international-standard infrastructure were introduced, showcasing the faculty’s strong capacity to support high-level research and development. This visit also marked a new dimension of collaboration that is expected to lead to joint academic and research endeavors in the future.
On the same occasion, Prof. Dr. Hui Hong paid a courtesy visit to Professor of Practice Dr. Charin Techapun, Vice President of Chiang Mai University, at the M.L. Pin Malakul Room, Chiang Mai University Office, to convey his respects and discuss potential ways to strengthen academic ties. The courtesy visit highlighted the commitment to fostering a closer and more sustainable partnership between Chiang Mai University and China Agricultural University.
