หัวข้อวิทยานิพนธ์ "การปรับปรุงคุณภาพด้านโภชนาการและเนื้อสัมผัสของเนื้อเทียมไฮบริดโดยใช้โปรตีนทางเลือกจากจิ้งหรีดทองแดงลาย (Acheta domesticus)"
