คณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร ร่วมเปิดโลกการเรียนรู้ด้านวิทยาศาสตร์อาหารและนวัตกรรม ให้กับน้องๆ จาก โรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่
16 มกราคม 2569 — รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.นิรมล อุตมอ่าง รองคณบดีคณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร พร้อมด้วยคณะวิทยากรประจำโรงงานต้นแบบฯ ให้การต้อนรับคณะนักเรียนและครูจาก โรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ระดับอนุบาลและประถมศึกษา คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ในการเข้าศึกษาดูงานตามโครงการ Open House Kids Space สำหรับนักเรียนระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 จำนวน 40 คน ภายใต้โครงการนักนวัตกรชั้นเลิศ ซึ่งมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมและพัฒนาทักษะสำคัญแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 ให้แก่นักเรียน ผ่านการเรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์จริงในสภาพแวดล้อมด้านอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร
ในการเยี่ยมชมครั้งนี้ คณะวิทยากรได้แนะนำ เครื่องมือและเทคโนโลยีการแปรรูปอาหาร พร้อมทั้งพานักเรียนศึกษาดูงานกระบวนการผลิตจริงในระดับต้นแบบอุตสาหกรรม ณ อาคาร Advanced Food Pilot Plant (AFP) คณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร ซึ่งเป็นพื้นที่ต้นแบบด้านกระบวนการผลิตอาหารที่ทันสมัยและใช้ในการเรียนรู้ของนิสิตนักศึกษาและผู้ประกอบการ
คณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร หวังว่ากิจกรรมในครั้งนี้จะช่วยเปิดโลกการเรียนรู้ใหม่ให้กับน้องๆ ช่วยจุดประกายความสนใจด้านวิทยาศาสตร์อาหารและนวัตกรรม ตลอดจนสร้างประสบการณ์ที่มีคุณค่าในการเรียนรู้นอกห้องเรียนได้อย่างแท้จริง

Faculty of Agro-Industry Opens a World of Food Science and Innovation Learning for Students from Chiang Mai University Demonstration School
16 January 2026 — Associate Professor Dr. Niramon Utama-ang, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Agro-Industry, together with the expert team of the Advanced Food Pilot Plant, welcomed students and teachers from Chiang Mai University Demonstration School (Kindergarten and Elementary levels), Faculty of Education, Chiang Mai University. The visit was part of the Open House Kids Space project for 40 Grade 3 students under the Excellent Young Innovators Program, aimed at promoting and developing key 21st-century skills through real-world learning experiences in a food industry environment.
During the visit, the instructional team introduced various food-processing tools and technologies and guided the students through observing real production processes at the Advanced Food Pilot Plant (AFP) of the Faculty of Agro-Industry. The AFP serves as a model facility showcasing modern food production systems and is used as a learning space for university students and entrepreneurs.
The Faculty of Agro-Industry hopes that this activity will broaden the students’ learning horizons, spark their interest in food science and innovation, and provide them with valuable out-of-classroom learning experiences.
