เมื่อวันที่ 14 มกราคม 2569 ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร. ปวาลี ชมภูรัตน์ ธฤติธนเกียรติ์ ผู้ช่วยคณบดี คณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ได้รับเกียรติจาก Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Shah Alam ประเทศมาเลเซีย ให้เป็น วิทยากรรับเชิญ ในกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนแบบบูรณาการ (Collaborative Teaching) สำหรับรายวิชา FST564: Food Preservation Technology และ FST548: Food Processing Technology ในหัวข้อ
“Processing and Preservation of Plant-Based Foods: Innovations for Sustainability and Functional Quality”
การบรรยายดังกล่าวมุ่งถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้และประสบการณ์ด้านเทคโนโลยีการแปรรูปและการถนอมรักษาอาหารจากพืช โดยเน้นนวัตกรรมเพื่อความยั่งยืนและคุณภาพเชิงหน้าที่ของผลิตภัณฑ์อาหาร ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับแนวโน้มการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมอาหารในระดับนานาชาติ
กิจกรรมจัดขึ้นในวันพุธที่ 14 มกราคม 2569 เวลา 14.30–16.00 น. ในรูปแบบออนไลน์ผ่าน Google Meet โดยมีนักศึกษาและคณาจารย์จาก Universiti Teknologi MARA เข้าร่วม เพื่อส่งเสริมการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้และความร่วมมือทางวิชาการระหว่างสถาบัน

Asst. Prof. Dr. Pavalee Chompoorat Tridtitanakiat, Assistant Dean of the Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University, was invited by Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Shah Alam, Malaysia, to serve as a Guest Lecturer in a Collaborative Teaching session for the courses FST564: Food Preservation Technology and FST548: Food Processing Technology, under the theme
“Processing and Preservation of Plant-Based Foods: Innovations for Sustainability and Functional Quality.”
The lecture focused on advanced technologies in plant-based food processing and preservation, highlighting innovative approaches that promote sustainability and enhance the functional quality of food products, in alignment with global trends in the food industry.
The session was held on Wednesday, 14 January 2026, from 2.30 p.m. to 4.00 p.m., via Google Meet, with participation from students and academic staff of Universiti Teknologi MARA. The activity aimed to strengthen academic knowledge, promote international academic exchange, and foster collaboration between the two institutions.
