ต้อนรับผู้แทนจากมหาวิทยาลัยชั้นนำประเทศตุรกี เดินหน้าความร่วมมือวิจัยระดับนานาชาติ
เมื่อวันที่ 3 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ยุทธนา พิมลศิริผล คณบดีคณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ พร้อมด้วยผู้บริหาร ให้การต้อนรับ Professor Dr. Ozlem Tokusoglu จาก Manisa Celal Bayar University หนึ่งในมหาวิทยาลัยขนาดใหญ่และมีบทบาทสำคัญด้านการวิจัยของประเทศตุรกี
การเยือนในครั้งนี้จัดขึ้นในโอกาสการลงนาม บันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ (Memorandum of Understanding: MoU) เพื่อส่งเสริมและพัฒนาความร่วมมือด้านการวิจัยร่วมกันในระดับนานาชาติ โดยมุ่งเน้นการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ การพัฒนางานวิจัยด้านอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร ตลอดจนการต่อยอดผลงานวิจัยสู่การใช้ประโยชน์เชิงนวัตกรรมและเชิงพาณิชย์ในอนาคต
ในโอกาสนี้ คณะผู้บริหารได้นำเสนอศักยภาพด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน งานวิจัย และบริการสนับสนุนของคณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร รวมถึงการเยี่ยมชม ห้องปฏิบัติการวิจัย และ อาคาร CMU Biopolis ซึ่งเป็นพื้นที่สนับสนุนการวิจัย พัฒนา และบ่มเพาะนวัตกรรมด้านอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร
การหารือและการเยี่ยมชมดังกล่าวสะท้อนถึงความพร้อมของคณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ในการเป็นศูนย์กลางความร่วมมือด้านการวิจัยระดับนานาชาติ และเป็นอีกก้าวสำคัญในการผลักดันงานวิจัยของไทยสู่เวทีโลกอย่างยั่งยืน
Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University Strengthens International Research Collaboration with Leading Turkish University
On 3 February 2026, Associate Professor Dr. Yuthana Phimolsiripol, Dean of the Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University, together with the faculty’s executive team, warmly welcomed Professor Dr. Ozlem Tokusoglu from Manisa Celal Bayar University, one of the largest and research-driven universities in Türkiye.
The visit marked a significant occasion for the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at fostering international academic and research collaboration. The agreement focuses on promoting joint research initiatives, knowledge exchange, and the advancement of research and innovation in the field of agro-industry, with an emphasis on future research development and practical application.
During the visit, the delegation was introduced to the Faculty’s research capacity, infrastructure, and supporting services. The program also included visits to the research laboratories of the Faculty of Agro-Industry and CMU Biopolis, a dedicated innovation and research facility designed to support research, development, and technology commercialization in the agro-industrial sector.
This visit underscores Chiang Mai University’s commitment to strengthening international research networks and enhancing Thailand’s research competitiveness at the global level through strategic and sustainable partnerships.
