เมื่อวันที่ 3 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 คณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ได้จัดพิธีลงนามบันทึกความเข้าใจ (Memorandum of Understanding: MOU) เพื่อส่งเสริมความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ วิจัย และการแลกเปลี่ยนบุคลากรและนักศึกษา ร่วมกับสถาบันการศึกษาชั้นนำจากสาธารณรัฐตุรกี ได้แก่ Department of Food Engineering, Manisa Celal Bayar University และ DEPARK Technopark, Dokuz Eylul University

ความร่วมมือในครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นการพัฒนางานวิจัยด้านวิศวกรรมอาหาร เทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมอาหาร ตลอดจนการเชื่อมโยงองค์ความรู้ระหว่างภาคการศึกษาและภาคอุตสาหกรรม เพื่อสนับสนุนการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืนในระดับนานาชาติ

On February 3, 2026, the Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University (CMU), held a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony to strengthen academic and research collaboration, as well as staff and student exchanges, with leading institutions from Türkiye: the Department of Food Engineering, Manisa Celal Bayar University, and DEPARK Technopark, Dokuz Eylul University.

This collaboration aims to advance research in food engineering, food technology, and innovation, while fostering stronger linkages between academia and industry. The partnership also supports sustainable development through international knowledge exchange.
