พิธีมอบรางวัลประกาศเกียรติคุณเป็น “ค่าของแผ่นดิน” ประจำปี 2567
วันที่ 12 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.พรชัย ราชตนะพันธุ์ อาจารย์คณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ได้เข้ารับรางวัลประกาศเกียรติคุณ ในพิธีมอบรางวัลประกาศเกียรติคุณเป็น “ค่าของแผ่นดิน” ประจำปี 2567 ประเภทบุคคล ด้านการส่งเสริมวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี ซึ่งมีผลงานโดดเด่นเป็นที่ประจักษ์มีคุณค่าแก่การยกย่อง และมีคุณค่าแก่การชื่นชม เพื่อยกย่องเชิดชูเกียรติ และเป็นขวัญกำลังใจที่ทำคุณประโยชน์ให้แก่ประชาชน สังคม และประเทศชาติ รวมทั้งเป็นต้นแบบแห่งการสร้างสรรค์ความดี อันพึงเป็นคุณลักษณะที่ดีแก่สังคมไทยด้วย โดยมี อนุทิน ชาญวีรกูล นายกรัฐมนตรี เป็นประธานมอบรางวัลในพิธีดังกล่าว ณ ตึกสันติไมตรี ทำเนียบรัฐบาล เขตดุสิต กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยมีผู้เสนอชื่อเข้ารับรางวัล 486 (ประเภทบุคคลหรือองค์กร) และได้รับคัดเลือก 18 (ประเภทบุคคลหรือองค์กร)

On February 12, 2026, Professor Dr. Pornchai Rachtanapun of the Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University, was honored with a Certificate of Recognition at the “Value of the Land” Awards Ceremony 2024 in the Individual Category for the Promotion of Science and Technology.
The award recognizes individuals whose outstanding achievements have made significant and tangible contributions worthy of national recognition and admiration. It is presented to honor distinguished individuals who have dedicated themselves to generating meaningful benefits for the public, society, and the nation, while serving as exemplary role models in fostering integrity, innovation, and positive values within Thai society.
Professor Dr. Pornchai’s distinguished contributions in the advancement of science and technology have been widely acknowledged for their impact and value. His work reflects a sustained commitment to academic excellence, research innovation, and societal development.
The award was presented by H.E. Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul, Prime Minister of Thailand, at Santimaitree Building, Government House, Dusit District, Bangkok. 486 nominees, comprising both individuals and organizations, were submitted for consideration. After a comprehensive and rigorous selection process, only 18 awardees were chosen.
This national recognition highlights not only Professor Dr. Pornchai’s individual accomplishments but also reinforces Chiang Mai University’s commitment to advancing research excellence and contributing to sustainable national development.
