คณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ขอแสดงความยินดีกับ นักศึกษาคณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ น.ส.ณัฐณิชา สมจิตร และ น.ส.ณัฐธิดา มโน นำผลงาน “นวัตกรรมเนื้อเทียมจากโปรตีนพืช: ความหวังแห่งความยั่งยืนทางอาหารโลก (Global Food Sustainability)“ คว้า 2 รางวัลเกียรติยศ ได้แก่ "รางวัลเหรียญทอง (Gold Medal) " และ "รางวัลนำเสนอผลงานยอดเยี่ยม (Best Presentation Award) " ในงาน International Student Competition (ISC) 2025 โดยมีผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สุพัฒน์ พงษ์ไทย และอาจารย์ ดร.พิพรรธ ตั้งใจดี เป็นอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา ซึ่งเวทีนี้เป็นเวทีสำหรับแข่งขันผลงานนวัตกรรมนักศึกษาระดับนานาชาติ จัดขึ้นเป็นครั้งที่ 7 ณ University of Mataram ประเทศอินโดนีเซีย ระหว่างวันที่ 6-7 กันยายน 2568 โดยปีนี้มีผู้เข้าร่วมแข่งขันจากสถาบันการศึกษากว่า 60 สถาบันในหลายประเทศ อาทิ Gambia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Sierra Leone และ Thailand

Congratulations to Agro-Industry Students, Chiang Mai University, on Winning Two Prestigious Awards at the International Student Competition (ISC) 2025

The Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University proudly congratulates Ms. Nattanicha Somjit and Ms. Natthida Mano, students of the Faculty, for winning two distinguished awards at the International Student Competition (ISC) 2025 with their project entitled:
“Plant-Based Meat Innovation: A Hope for Global Food Sustainability.”

They were honored with:
- Gold Medal Award
- Best Presentation Award

This achievement was made possible under the guidance of their advisors:

The competition, serving as an international platform for student innovation, was held for the 7th time at the University of Mataram, Indonesia, during 6–7 September 2025. This year’s event welcomed participants from more than 60 educational institutions across various countries, including Gambia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Sierra Leone, and Thailand. ??
