Congratulations to Dr. Euangploy Jailangka on Receiving the NRCT Quality Achievement Award

The Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University, proudly congratulates Dr. Euangploy Jailangka, Head of the Strategy and Planning Group, Department of Livestock Products, on receiving the NRCT Quality Achievement Award for her doctoral thesis entitled:

“Cricket Protein–Saccharide Conjugate as a Novel Functional Ingredient and Application in Cheese”
(Agricultural Science and Biology Category)

Her research focuses on developing a novel functional food ingredient through protein–saccharide conjugation from crickets and its application in cheese products.

The thesis was supervised by Associate Professor Dr. Yuthana Phimolsiripol.
